ISAGENIX: 30 Day Cleanse…3rd Day Results!

Excess Weight And Toxins Out To "Sea"!

Excess Weight And Impurities Out To "Sea"!

I love food. I love to eat.  Who doesn’t?

The problem was that I was having an “affair” with food and destroying my “marriage” to my health. Now, it isn’t the food’s fault…I made the choice to pursue after it for 40+ years now and am currently dealing with the fallout of my “infidelity” against my health…

I am dealing with the consequences by first, confessing my failure to make wise choices as to what foods go into my mouth, by breaking off all relations with unhealthy food establishments, and by finally committing to the promises I have made to my health for many years. It is like the quote at the end of yesterday’s post…”Tomorrow is Disease.” No more excuses.

Oh the power of nutritional cleansing! I am exceeding the 4 day weight loss totals of previous 9 day cleanses. Seems quite unbelievable to be able to experience a weight loss of almost….. in only 3 days, doesn’t it? Can’t wait til tomorrow.

Now, all I have been contributing by way of exercise is a twenty minute walk, maintaining a pace of 3 to 4 miles an hour every day. But wait…there is more to this challenge I have undertaken…

I am home today with my 5 kids…yes…I said five! Three of them have the chicken pox. They have been patient but have craved many comfort foods such as pizza and mac and cheese. These foods in my face have smelled quite appealing but I have not touched them. Will I ever eat these foods again? Of course I will…but not at the pace I have been consuming them. As I said before…can I not give my body 30 days to forgive me for the abuse I have given it over the years with horrible food choices?

We should be allowed to enjoy food. We should also be cleansing regularly. These harmful Toxins in our environment are going to happen. Nutritional cleansing allows me to remove them and moves me on to better health.

Here is the quote of the day…

Illness is the most heeded of doctors: to goodness and wisdom we only make promises; pain we obey.

~Marcel Proust

See you tomorrow…

Sincerely,

George
